Port St. John is an unincorporated community in northern Brevard County with a population of 13,000+ residents. Located just north of Cocoa and south of Titusville, it offers a mix of established homes, newer construction, and larger lots compared to more densely planned areas. The layout is straightforward, with neighborhoods spread throughout and quick access to US-1 and I-95, making it a practical location for commuting to Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, and surrounding areas. While it doesn’t sit directly on the water, the Indian River and nearby boat ramps are just a short drive away.
