We worked with Jeff Porter for the sale of our house. Jeff was consistently helpful, friendly and informative about all parts of the process. Prior to the sale he helped us get a professional appraisal of the property which we needed to value the property for estate tax reasons. He assited us in coordinating the estate sale of the home's contents and clean up afterwards. Since we were out of the state at the time of the sale, he arranged an easy online means of closing and was consistent and reliable in communicating with us thoughout. Jeff Porter with Century 21 was amazing and I can't say enough positive things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Cocoa Beach area and super nice guy. He was so helpful in narrowing down our home choice and gave us honest answers to all of our questions. We live over 15 hours away and he managed the entire inspection process and also met with contractors at the home for bids on work I wanted completed. Our Realtor®, Jeff Porter, was a super great agent for us. Jeff visited every site we were interested in, sent us videos, gave us honest opinions regarding value, and possible work needed on a property. Jeff also had a list of subcontractors that could do some repairs or inspections. He was upbeat and flexible when a contract fell through (due to a change on our part) and got right back into looking for another property when we got things straightened out. We bought a property sight unseen because we had such confidence in his work. He’s very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
