A Team Built on Relationships |
Ocean to River Properties, powered by Century 21 Ocean was recently featured in Brevard Business News, highlighting what makes our boutique brokerage unique: a close-knit team built on relationships, local expertise, and a shared commitment to exceptional service.
The article spotlights broker Barbara Schluraff and her daughter, Sara Panich, whose journey from mechanical engineering to real estate has created a unique partnership. Barbara's decades of experience, combined with Sara's analytical background and fresh perspective, reflect the brokerage's balance of trusted expertise and forward-thinking innovation.
The feature also highlights Century 21 Ocean's collaborative team approach. Along with Barbara and Sara, agents Barrett Hester, Luis Juliao, Melanie Zwolski, and operations manager Rishel Liles work together to provide personalized service throughout Brevard County. As a team, their focus remains on responsive communication, local market knowledge, and building lasting relationships with every client.
Another key focus of the article is the team's investment in technology. Ocean to River Properties is actively exploring how artificial intelligence can improve marketing, client communication, and operational efficiency while maintaining the personal service that technology can never replace. The team believes AI is a tool to enhance the client experience, not replace the trusted guidance that buyers and sellers rely on.
We are honored to be recognized by Brevard Business News and remain committed to serving our neighbors with the local knowledge, personal relationships, and professional representation that have defined our brokerage for more than 30 years.

Helping Restore the Indian River Lagoon, One Clam at a Time |
|
The Indian River Lagoon continues to see positive progress thanks to the Billion Clam Initiative, a long-term restoration effort led by CCA Florida in partnership with the University of Florida and Capt. Blair Wiggins.
On May 27, volunteers released 3.5 million juvenile clams across 3.5 acres near Port St. John, bringing the project's nine-year total to more than 100 million clams placed throughout the lagoon. The goal is ambitious: restoring 1 billion clams to help improve the health of the estuary.
These small shellfish are powerful natural filters, removing excess nutrients and suspended particles from the water. Cleaner water supports healthier seagrass, fish populations, dolphins, manatees, and the overall ecosystem that makes the Indian River Lagoon one of Brevard County's most treasured natural resources.
It's encouraging to see our community investing in projects that protect one of Brevard County's greatest natural resources for future generations.
