A Florida native with a lifelong dream of calling Georgia home, Ashley Hutcheson alongside her husband Travis, finally made that dream a reality. Now settled in the foothill of the North Georgia Mountains, Ashley brings her passion and professionalism to every listing she manages. With a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, she combines strong attention to detail with an eye for presentation, ensuring every property is represented at its absolute best.

Ashley’s diverse life experiences from rural living to the fast pace of city life has given her a well-rounded perspective that translates into creating listings tailored to each client’s unique story and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom of four daughters who all play competitive travel and local softball. Much of her free time is spent cheering them on from the sidelines, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. When she’s not at the ball field, you’ll likely find her relaxing by the water—or unwinding by the fire with a good glass of wine.
