Despite experiencing a modest correction in home prices following the excessive appreciation during the so-called "unicorn" years, national home prices did not plummet. In fact, they exhibited a surprising level of resilience, surpassing the expectations of many.

SpaceX sets new record for most flights in a year with 62nd orbital mission of 2023
SpaceX has achieved a new launch record in the Space Coast. On September 4th the company successfully deployed 21 of its Starlink internet satellites into orbit. This historic launch took place atop a Falcon 9 rocket at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
The mission marked SpaceX's 62nd orbital launch of 2023. Company founder and CEO, Elon Musk, proudly announced this achievement, surpassing the previous record established in 2022.
